1. Where are you based and do I need to visit your offices?

We are a UK based company with head offices in North West England.  We have personal injury solicitors throughout the UK, including England, Wales and Scotland.  We usually deal with a compensation claim by telephone or through the post and email, which means you do not need to attend for face-to-face meetings.  If a case is more complex or requires more detailed investigation, our personal injury solicitors will normally visit you at home to avoid any cost or inconvenience to you.

Yes we do.  Only in very exceptional circumstances will charges be applicable, but your solicitor will explain this if required in rare situations.  99% of compensation claim situations we deal with are on a no win no fee basis.

3. What does no win no fee mean?
