How long does it take?

Do I have lots of paperwork to deal with?

No, we try to keep the process as simple and hassle free as possible.  Your solicitor will deal with most of the paperwork on your behalf.

Do I have to pay solicitors fees?

No, your solicitors will fund your claim or protect you from having to pay legal costs.  You will never be asked to get a loan or credit agreement, there are no nasty surprises with People Claims, just straight forward, professional legal advice. Your solicitor can explain this in more detail to you.
